![]() ![]() The cyberpunk setting isn't my favorite, but I really enjoyed playing through this game, and you can generally get it for 3 bucks or less. The story and characters are smart and interesting as well. It has X-Com style turn based combat with a unique setting and a pretty solid rules-system. I did not see the Shadowrun games listed, so I'll recommend just the one I played: I think someone also mentioned Mount&Blade Warband - this one is also very very fun in the game-play department with a good mix of action and strategy. If the creator made a version of it for the mobile market, I don't know if there would be a reason to play anything else. It's like a grown-up turn based hardcore Diablo 2 with tile graphics. ToME has excellent strategic gameplay that really feels different depending on the class/build you go with and the items you find. Basically, if you pay for it you get storage and some other perks, and there are expansions that add stories, classes, etc. Tales of Maj'Eyal has tons of love and polish in it, and it is free/ dirt cheap.
