Now what confuses me is the fact that the socket temperatures are lower and that is 20 degrees lower than core temperatures. The problems then comes when package/core temperatures goes up faster and much higher than socket temps the MSI command center monitors, and the stupid command center only allows me to set minimum temps to 40, so core temperatures hits 60+ when the socket is at about 42-43 and fans barely accelerate and I am afraid to even try overclocking higher than 4.3Ghz (the max freq I can get with stock voltages). So I checked out the temperatures the command center monitors for CPU (and adjust fan speeds to it) and they are same as TMPIN0 in HWmonitor and CPU temperatures in AIDA64, where package in HWmonitor matches core temperatures in AIDA64. I'm stuck with the MSI Command Center for controlling my fans, as SpeedFan doesn't seem to work on this mobo.
